I have never lived at Lancaster Heights, but I never would consider it after realizing how rude their employees are. My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment about a year back and I called the Lancaster Heights office to ask some questions. Before I could barely even say anything, the girl rudely told me that if I was a college student or made more than X amount of money a year, I could not rent from them. And she said it like she was appalled that I had even called. I was definitely a little put off by here tone and I said "Oh, ok, well I guess that would exclude us." She promptly hung up on me without even saying bye. I couldn't believe how rude she was to me. I was very pleasant and all I said was that I was interested in looking at an apartment, and then she verbally attacked me. I hope that girl got fired, because she was ridiculous. And I hope that complex gets demolished because it's a craphole.

If you felt so passionately about the way your phone call went, why did you wait a year to post your comment? I have lived at Lancaster for 15 years and have never had a problem. They have always been very profesional with me.

Most likely the person is a student who thinks the world shines for them and they hear what they want to hear. I'm glad you don't rent here as we don't need spoiled college brats who'll drop out anyway.
