where in town can you even find a townhouse with 1400 square feet and only have to pay electricity' it's great here. the office and maintenance is great. everything is fixed quickly; and professionally. we like it here especially because of the size and for the first time in his life my son can have a dog.

I'm looking at the townhouse too...seems great for the price...you sure seem to like it! Is it in good shape and updated inside..cabinets,carpet,appliances? The SAFETY rating isn't so great in lots of cases...do you know why? Ever notice any problems? I thought that was a nice, safe,residential area. Somebody else mentioned bad lighting. Any breakins or other problems? Thanks for the review.

the townhouses are in very good shape inside. during the summer of 2005, there was a few problems with safety, but those people were evicted. only a few kids were causing the problems. i walk my dogs at night and work until 10:00 at night sometimes and have never felt unsafe. yes, the lighting on the walkways to some of the townhouses is an issue i've talked to the office about. no break-ins i've ever heard about and a have a cop friend. we also have on sight security. some of the kids out here run a little wild, but i don't think any one is destructive. they have very strict guidelines, also. no felons and no misdimenors in the last 7 years. section 8 is allowed, but eveyone out here is families. no full time college students unless they are living with a parent. i like it fine. i also like the no parties and no loud noise after 10:00. this is a family area.

The office staff is nice but I wouldn't call them professional. Not a bad place to live. Given the number of apartments the place is pretty quite.

I lived here for a long time and love the community. The staff is very nice and professional.
