I read the reviews from 2008 and agree with them. Thou, I've never been to the pool so I can't comment on people there. In regards to kids there are packs of them during the warm months but generally they are young and don't cause trouble. Some are supervised and others aren't but I've never had a cause to complain about them.

The one issue I've always dealt with and have complained on several times is the lack of respect for parking spots. Most residents obey the simple rule of parking in your spots or the un-marked spots but some park wherever they want. I was hoping the new parking sticker would have the apartment building on it but someone missed that chance. Anyway, if I remember right: to the owners of the silver mercury and the grey mitsubishi; I know you have no class or respect but one day I will get your cars towed.

Anyway, the maintenance staff is a nice enough crew but lack the emotion to get everything the way it should be. I've had a couple issues and they were always fixed quickly but not always to a high standard. The office staff is nice on the phone and do what they say they'll do but I wish they'd enforce some of the rules more.

In terms of police, I've only seen them when they were called to this area. Not like this area needs constant patrols but it don't hurt.

The area is just great. Your one block away from Veterans and your just far enough away from campus to not get the drunks.

Lucky for us dog lovers, this place is affordable and they offer a nice amount of open space. I do wish they'd put up a fenced area for a dog play spot. They are missing out on a great selling idea there. The buildings are alright and have your basic cheap labor paint job and such. The walls are very thick.

In summary, I recommend the place.

What rules in particular? Is this place safe? How about at night or after dark?
