The staff was a little less than polite. They seemed to be annoyed whenever I went in with a question or even to pay rent.
On summer my AC stopped working and it took multiple phone calls, stop ins, and a letter to finally get the AC unit replaced, in the fall.
Shortly before I moved out the apartment across the hall was broken into and they didn't seem to care all that much. I took them a month before someone even came and looked at it. Then they asked me if I was the one that broke into the place, after I was the one that called the police.
