I have lived in one of the two story buildings for almost four years now and have been through the various shifts in management. Richard was the manager when I first got here but now Kristal is here and she's been very helpful. While it is true that there is little insulation between the floors, this annoyance can be minimized if you just let your neighbors know that you can hear what they are doing. The complex has a noise policy so frequent violators can be reported. There has recently been an increase in the number of college students in the building so a lot of times you'll see people in the parking lot drinking or hear them outside of your window at odd hours of the night. However, I've found the police department to be excellent when dealing with people who disrupt the peace at night. I don't know of any other criminal happenings in this complex.

Maintenance requests have been answered pretty quickly (once a man came to fix my heater during the middle of an ice storm a few years ago) and they've recently taken steps to make sure that only residents have access to the pool.

Parking can be a problem as some people have multiple vehicles in the parking lot (e.g. a car and a work van or a motorcycle) and the parking lot could use to be repaved because of poor drainage issue, but I've found that I've gotten a great value for my money during my time here. So far rent has only increased maybe 50 dollars since I've been here and that's because I got a dog.
