The apartment was wonderful and having our cats with no hassle was great. We were exceptional tenants. When moving out after 3 years we asked if we should have the carpets cleaned and were told no, that they would take care of it. We were shocked to learn we would not receive our deposit and would be charged a fee to have carpet replaced. Dave Severino stated that their was urine in the carpet. Our cats never went on the carpet and we are extremely clean and tidy people. After this happened to us we contacted a local lawyer and learned that Severino has done this several times when tenants have ended their leases. I don't trust him and would not recommend renting from him.
