The only reason to bother with this POORLY managed/maintained place is if you have a dog. This place will allow you to have 2 large dogs! Therefore,every neighbor has barking, pooping dogs. I have a great dog, and I love dogs. The poo and barking are ridiculous though. Severino will be slow to fix or replace anything for you. And, don't pay more than $750/month because Severino charges different amounts to everyone.
