I am speaking from my point of view only, and this place was perfect. I thought of it as the find of the town. Just walk through the place and realize you're getting literally a 3 bdrm 1200 sq ft for an amazing price. You have to deal little to no noise. You're pets are welcome. You only share one wall of a "live space" room with your neighbor. I didn't know how else to put that sorry. You have a huge patio, if you get the right unit you get a decent yard. Vaulted ceilings, fireplace (a huge bonus b/c its not wood burning), you also get a garage. If you're a car guy or dating one, or friends with one this is perfect to work on cars in the winter considering you're in central Illinois. You are right by jewel osco, a 5 minute trek to wal-mart. And away from the college for those of you who want that. Honestly i could go on and on about how much me and my wife liked this duplex. If you want you can write me an email and i can't promise I'll be quick with the response but i will respond. I'd be happy to plug this place b/c they took care of me and gave me a great place to live for a year and we're even flexible when i went to move out allowing me to go month to month till i found a new place b/c i was moving 2 hours away. Rent from here its awesome. Also for info sake i lived at creekside chase, i didn't specifically like the layout of arbour walk, but to each his own right'

I am thinking about moving to Arbour Walk. Is this really a good place for someone with a 1 year old? I want a niced sized place, but also safe and with minimal to no noise.
