(Now Junction Plaza) Although the apartment unit looks very nice and is spacious, the construction is poor. It is the first year this apartment complex is open and there are already so many problems. The paint wipes off the walls with water, our air conditioning needed to be fixed within the first two months, our washer and dryer do not work properly, the tile is coming up, and our windows leak and have horrible drafts. This is nothing in comparison to the lack of maintenance, safety, security, and general upkeep of the buildings. There are ALWAYS broken beer bottles, garbage, sticky messes, and body spills in public places. These will be there for months with no sign of cleaning. Sidewalks were shoveled and salted once only. The stairs to the parking garage are always full of ice and garbage, but never well lit. Lighting on the exterior between buildings and in the hallways is poor. Noise carries through the whole building very easily! The elevator tiles are completely destroyed, but there has been no attempt to replace them or stop the damage from spreading. Gang signs are displayed in hallways and elevators with no attempt of removal or cleaning (some are only marker). Did I mention that these have been open less than a year'!

Public areas, such as workout facilities and computers are nice, but rarely (if ever) cleaned.

In terms of parking, guest parking is not what was promised (actually nothing is!). The spots are so close together, and parking garage so poorly organized that I know multiple residents with damage to their cars.

I would not recommend this experience to anyone!
