Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Sami builds really nice apartments, charge way too much for them, then keeps your security deposit no matter how clean the apartment is. Their maintance is slow, their office staff seems not to really give a damn.. they may have the brand new places, but they are not worth it!
