It could be worse...

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
I rented from SAMI for two years. The maintance was usually slow in showing up, parking was a problem, and the floor coverings REALLY need replacing. I lived in a great location though and there are MUCH worse apartments available for rent near the ISU campus.
