We had few problems w/ SAMI. When we had problems w/ our bathroom or our water, the repair guys were there w/in a day. Our apt was clean and had no physical damage. The only problem we had was after my roommate and I were robbed in Champaign. Both of our keys were stolen, and they actually charged us in order for them open our door. That just seemed pretty heartless. Other than that, I highly recommend SAMI, especially since I've heard horror stories about a lot of the other local ISU rental companies.
