I lived at 410 Main last year (apparently it is Young America owned now) and live at College Park (200 Cottage) this year.
Sami has always been really cool and gives you polite warnings and doesn't fine you. Plus they do not have a ban against kegs (like Young America).
I almost always pay my rent late and they are totally fine with it...never gotten a late fee or anything like that,
Once we moved in they came and gave my roomate a desk and took all of our mattresses and replaced them with new one's.
My buddies lived at 604 Dale and others live at Vernon Stables.
604 Dale is right above Ultimate Tan, so u have to get used to the smell of tanning products, and the Bagelmen's drive thru speaker is loud, but these are so miniscule.
