Overall a decent place to live - I have lived in one of the two story buildings for almost four years now and have been through the various shifts in management. I LOVE these apartments I have just signed on for my 2nd year @ College Station. They have amazing service & excellent rates if you want to extend ur cable past basic! They have switched to parking permits which has been helpful so that tons of people from dorms aren't parking in the spaces
