I was really disturbed with inside appearance of these apartments. Though my building was consider one the best the tile was disgusting. You could never get it quite clean. I knew of a number of people who had mice excluding myself. A couple of people where killed in the apartments. I wouldn?t recommend for single women, or people with kids. Stay where you are or rent somewhere else!
