The ratings in the previous reviews are accurate except the one titled "Nice Place But Disrespectful Students There". It is obvious that this was posted by management. In fact, I suspect it was the new manager as he was a tenant and maintenance manager and recently promoted.

Management treats the tenants as a nuisance. It?s surprising because the medical school has built new dorms and the demand for units at the woodlands has decreased. North Chicago doesn?t have a housing shortage so I would expect management to appreciate the student business.

Many services have been decreased or removed as stated in the previous post. I believe this was managements way of "punishing" those nasty tenants that cause them to do their jobs.

My advice if you?re a med student is to use the dorms. I have heard that some areas of the dorms are loud.

Many students think that living next to the school is important but the truth is, it?s convenient for the first year only.
