The 2bd/2bth dual entry sounds like a great setup but NOT worth the trouble. The management is horrible...if you have a problem, you'll likely find the office closed during business hours with a "will be back" sign. I don't think you'd even want to talk to them as they have major attitude and social problems. If you have a bug problem which you will...roly polys crawling out from below your kitchen cabinets and all over your living room during those humid rainy nights, you will be told the exterminator will come..aka management will come to spray some raid...mold grows on the ceilings, gas leaks from the ancient stoves and if you're a student moving in july, the rent will decrease in august/sept..they love to take advantage of students...you're best bet is to pay a little more and live at school or wait until august when they get desperate for tenants and start their move-in specials...trust me if you are a new student, you are not getting their special! I've heard also that you may want to invest in renter's insurance b/c if the ceiling leaks water and your tiles get messed up...it's your problem! Make sure you come to your move-in inspection with a magnifying glass as they love to deduct for every little scratch on countertops, nail holes, fingerprints...anything they can do to keep your money!! thanks woodlands!!! you're awesome!!
