Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
don't live here if you want quiet, safety (i.e. there was a shooting last year), recycling (stopped last year), decent rent (over priced because they prey on the students)....etc.
BTW the grounds are awfull. the trees are dying and parts of the grass are dead. Look at the RULES for the barbeque and you will see the Hitler rules.
