The new (phase II) apartments are very nice, except that the appliances could stand to be updated. Otherwise, they are spacious and not too expensive. Dogs and cats are allowed with a deposit in the new buildings and you have access to a pool and workout room. The staff is friendly once you get to know them and the neighbors are quiet. There is always enough parking, the laundry rooms are always available and the area is quite safe.
