As probably one of the oldest tenants at the Woodlands take if from me, there are alot worse places to live, I know cause I have lived at many different complex's,Everywhere you live there is always someone you can't make happy no matter how you try, but the Woodlands, now that they are under new managment actually bend over backwards to satisfy their tenants. The property as of today is totaly occupied and do you know why' cause the new management stepped up and took charge of many situations and corrected them. its a safe property and very close to the RFMS. where most of the property are students, they seem to be very happy there, and the school itself refers the property to future students looking for housing.,Winter in the past may have been a problem but not any more, all new contractors were brought in when new management took over.. all in all I can't think of anywhere i would rather live at the moment then the Woodlands, they sincerly care about their tenants, the maintenance men are terrific, it takes no time at all for them to handle whatever situation they face to correct it,,, you know don't judge the whole complex by what one or two people think, come and visit yourself and take a tour, i'm sure you would have a different outlook and be very happy as to what you see... thanks for your time. just from someone voiceing there opinion..
