Overall, not a bad place to live if you are a grad student at RFUMS. The property is sandwiched in between the university and the clinic, and both are within walking distance. Accordingly, the majority of the tenants here are students.
My BIGGEST complaint and the reason I do not want to stay here more than my one year lease is maintenance/upkeep. On move-in day, my AC was a no-show. The whole unit had to be replaced and it didn't stop there. In the winter, the furance broke down twice and one time it was over the weekend. The phone in the office must have been off the hook, but whatever the reason, I could not get a hold of the "24 hour" maintenance. My heat was off from Sat - Mon, and the temperature got down to 60 degrees F in my apt. In addition, my kitchen sink sprung a leak and ruined all that was below it in the cabinets. The garbage disposal had to be replaced, and now it too is leaking. This was all within the first six months I rented too...
It's my understanding that other occupants have similar complaints about maintenance/upkeep. So unless being distracted by those issues isn't a problem for you, I would recommend living here.

60 deg is too cold/emergency? get some sweats and a blanket. I to have had maintenance problems, and have had success in calling the 24hr emergency #. While what happened was unfortunate, the staff (1 person for 500 units) was quick to respond to the most pressing issues. In my time here I have had a microwave, stove, water pressure repair/replacement. And each time the staff under the new managaement has been good if not at least adequate.
