I would never have lived here unless it was my only option don't live here if you want quiet, safety (i.e. there was a shooting last year), recycling (stopped last year), decent rent (over priced because they prey on the students)....etc.

Hated it! I was really disturbed with inside appearance of these apartments. Though my building was consider one the best the tile was disgusting. You could never get it quite clean. I knew of a number of people who had mice excluding myself. A couple of people where killed in the apartments.

Happy at the Woodlands I have lived at the Woodlands since last May and honestly have really enjoying living in this apartment complex. A new manager came in around November and she really is pleasant and dedicated. My roommate and myself have had no problems with parking, maintenance
