Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
after reading everyone else's reviews I have to say that my overall experience was not that bad, because each building is owned by a different person I think it all depends on the particular owner that you get. I had no problems with my owner she stopped by and picked up our rent every month, and everything was always fixed promptly.
