The buildings here are individually owned so each building is different. Mine is newly remodeled and in pretty good shape. The closet space is HUGE and the apartment is a nice size. Everyone keeps to themself and heating bills on the 3rd floor are always cheap! Summer's expensive with wall AC and high speed internet is not available yet. If you're lucky enough to get a building owned by Mr. Gottke, you'll be happy you moved in and get your money's worth.
