Ugly, Smelly, and To many problems

I lived in Salem Walk from 2005 to 2006. I cant belive the quality. The stairs smell so bad. I get leaks. Pipes for heating get broken. I EXAULY HAD MY LAND LOR TO BREAK INTO MY STORAGE AND THROW MY STUFF AWAY SO HE COULD PUT HIS IN!!!!!!!! I MEAN CAN YOU BELIVE THAT'
