Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
It is a ------ place, they would rent you an apt even if the toilet sewage is leaking right into your kitchen sink. No responsibility for sanitaton or people's health. The cheaper rent you pay is not worth the aggravations and possible problems you will face. It is personal experience.
