We never got any sleep with the cop cars coming all the time. We invested in adding a disposal, replacing all the outlets with ones that weren t covered in paint, and added track lighting above the sitting area. When we left we cleaned the place, washed the rug, and left it in better condition then we got it in and the landlord never gave back the security deposit. It turns out apparently different buildings are owned by different landlords. If you live here Hope you don t get stuck with a bad landlord.
