In Salem Walk every apartment building is owned by a different person. My landlord owns my building and the one next to it. It is not only so clean you could lick off the floors in the basement but I've even come out to my landlord cleaning off my car in the winter .. he's in his 70's and it's genuinly SWEET. I wouldn't if you PAID my rent live in the back of the complex...I used to run in the morning outside, decided it was a bad idea with the questionable going on back there. I am lucky to live in a building up front off 21 (and for a girl who's from the city I welcome the noise). Before I moved in the carpet was replaced and the landlord has been up to fix anything that has ever gone on within hours! I am happy to be living here, if you can get into an apartment with Mr. & Mrs. Coumas you will be happy to be living in Salem Walk.

I agree with this poster, because I live in the building where Mr. & Mrs. Coumas are my landlords and they do keep the place in very goog condition, very clean we have lived here since 2004, we will be here for one more year, then we will move to a house we need more room now with our son. It really depends on what kind of landlord(s) you get, and if that happens Salem Walk is a nice place to live and convenient to everything.
