I'm a current resident. We've lived here since mid-2006 and we've been very happy here. No major problems or issues to speak of. We've actually had more problems at other apartment complexes that we've lived in. Like the other reviews, know your landlord. Ours is great. If we need maintenance, they're out here immediately. We had a leak in our kitchen sink and our landlord was here in 30 minutes to fix it. I agree that the office staff is a little shady (like telling us that the complex was pet free and there are tons of people with dogs), but just make sure that you ask for a good landlord and the kind of residents that live in the building. The staff is well aware of the good and bad landlords. The bedrooms are very large and the closet space is exceptional.
