Twelve Oaks was very accommodating during my summer internship. The housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning, making beds, providing clean towels, vacuuming, you name it. I've considered moving back to Twelve Oaks after accepting a full-time position in the same area.
The fully-furnished apartments were newer in appearance and made our stay very pleasant. The pool was great in the summer and was kept clean and well maintained. The grounds at 12 Oaks were well-manicured. A washer and dryer were provided in the unit as well as community washers and dryers downstairs. I'd recommend the apartments to my friends and family.
One thing I would like to say to those with families and young children thinking about staying at 12 Oaks, during the months of June, July, and August (of 2009) there may be rowdy/loud young adults staying in the apartments for internships. Overall, I'd give the quality and staff at 12 Oaks a 5/5 star rating.
