Great stay at Twelve Oaks - Twelve Oaks was very accommodating during my summer internship. The housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning, making beds, providing clean towels, vacuuming, you name it. Great stay at Twelve Oaks - Twelve Oaks was very accommodating during my summer internship. The housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning, making beds, providing clean towels, vacuuming, you name it. I've considered moving back to Twelve Oaks after accepting a full-time position in the same area. The fully-furnished apartments were newer in appearance and made our stay very pleasant. Avoid Invesco 3631 salem walk It is a ------ place, they would rent you an apt even if the toilet sewage is leaking right into your kitchen sink. No responsibility for sanitaton or people's health. The cheaper rent you pay is not worth the aggravations and possible problems you will face.

Ugly, Smelly, and To many problems I lived in Salem Walk from 2005 to 2006. I cant belive the quality. The stairs smell so bad. I get leaks. Pipes for heating get broken. I EXAULY HAD MY LAND LOR TO BREAK INTO MY STORAGE AND THROW MY STUFF AWAY SO HE COULD PUT HIS IN!!!!!!!! I MEAN CAN YOU

also, if you are at work and you are getting packages delivered to your apartment, they will entirely be lost as the rentla office does not take packages/accept mails

A good landlord is Everything The buildings here are individually owned so each building is different. Mine is newly remodeled and in pretty good shape. The closet space is HUGE and the apartment is a nice size. Everyone keeps to themself and heating bills on the 3rd floor are always cheap!

not that bad after reading everyone else´s reviews I have to say that my overall experience was not that bad, because each building is owned by a different person I think it all depends on the particular owner that you get. I had no problems with my owner she stopped by and picked up our rent
