Nice place to live - I lived in O'Fallon, Illinois for two years and this was by far, the nicest apartment community to live at. It was close to everything, and the property was always so pretty. I highly suggest looking elsewhere. There intention is to keep your deposit no matter the condition you leave your apartment. Property manager and office staff is rude and very hard to deal with. I will never recommend this property management group to anyone.

The upstairs neighbors are ALWAYS loud... and do not change when asked to "be a little more quiet."
No lights outside on walkways.
Bike in gym does not work.
Ant problem.
No washer and dryer in clubhouse... must have own.
