Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
It's fine. I'm about to finsh 1 year lease there. I'd stay there but I need 2 bedroom and they only have studios and one bedrooms. Landlord is a nice guy. They did some renovation this autumn - painted back porch and windows. The location is nice, I think that's the best of the experience I had there.
