Absolutely terrible

Old, smelly building.

The worst parts were mice, the 4'x4' kitchen, awful stove and oven that leaks gas, refrigerator that leaks water.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy upon move-in.

The heat was unbearable. Had to buy a special casement airconditioner (extra expensive).

You have to purchase parking from a local YMCA, ridiculous policies.
