This building has been sold and is being completely renovated from top to bottom. New heat system, new window, new kitchens, new plumbing, new bathrooms, etc. Please do not
even look at reviews prior to this one.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, actually brought back to the grandeur of when originally built. The units are small, but really nice. There is parking available for an additional fee. And guess what, the parent management company which is now running the place has moved its' office to this building -- pretty much guarantees the success of the place.
