great place and location. Not loud at all because management was responsive to complaints. yes, high schoolers hung out across the street but they were always well behaved, no shouting, yelling, or trash talk. 1 block from great restaurants, shops, boutiques and ice cream parlours, farmers market, park and running track. Garage parking is underground and heated in the winter. Always well lit and has a wash bay also which is handy. 1 block from green line - 20 minutes to Loop. Perfect location. Manager (Carolyn) just resigned after 6 years which is too bad. She was on top of things, firm but friendly, very accomodating to concerns and requests. Great person.
