Not getting your money's worth

For a place that prices itself so high you don't get what you paid for.
The Staff in the Office are unable to do anything you ask and are very rude. The Heat won't turn on until you already caught a cold and the AC doesn't turn on until you've already melted.
The "fitness" room always has something broken and a very tight space.
The ROOMs are very small for the price you pay and the walls are very thin I can hear everything that goes on next to me. In fact anyone in your hall way opens a door it sounds like your own. You're parking is $130 a month by the way..and a fee for a pet.
I was told I could leave at anytime, and once the staff changed over AGAIN, I was told I would have to pay for the months that were assigned to me on the lease (when i was told we just put that number down so they can JUST have an iDEA of when i'd leave).
Not a bad place to live for an average apartment building but not a good place to live for the price.
The only people that will help you are the maintenance guys, they're better than the actual staff.
