Well, we thought things were going to get better once the overly exaggerated "renovations" were completed last year, but we were WRONG. The rental rates went up quite a bit, but the level of quality and service did NOT increase. The management "forces" you to get renter's insurance. They do not appreciate their residents and could care less if you move out. Apparently they want to fill this building with residents who have money but no class. Compared to other apartment buildings, they do not offer many amenities. Garage parking is "available" for a price...if you can get it. There seems to be a lot of "transient" residents also which is kind of scary. You really never know who is a resident here. There are always many "strange" faces, which doesn't inspire much confidence. This place is almost like a hotel. It never really felt like "home". Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
