Been here three years and only plan on moving because I'm getting married. :) My biggest complaint is that management can be VERY slow with repairs; I had a broken ceiling fan in my kitchen for more than a year. That being said, I wasn't on them as much as I should have been, so the issue might have been cleared up sooner if I'd been more persistant. Still, compared to the nine or ten other places I've lived in Chicagoland, this is amongst the best.
