expensive and excruciatingly poor management service

The management staff turnover is high. We have been here only 2 years, but, we have been here longer than any of the current management staff.
The management office staff changed and their service began to deteriorate rapidly during our second year. The hot water wasn't working for about 1 month. The parking gates didn't work either for about 2 weeks! Both times, we were never notified of any problem. For the parking gates problem, nobody in management believed there was a problem until we complained about 6 times and 2 weeks later.
The walls are very thin, we can hear neighbors on each side of apartment. The apartment prices keep going up without any improvements in service. In fact it seems to correlate with the decline in service (inversely proportional to the rent increase). Their voicemail/ after hours answering system wasn't working either until we informed them of the problem for over 2 months.
The gym equipment often breaks, and noone repairs them until at least 6 months later.
The area is also becoming very crowded and traffic is often congested.
The service staff, including Mabel, Armando, Chemek are exceptional and are truly what keep this place running
