As anyone will know, over time a building will age and problems will begin to surface. There was an issue with the hot water for about 3-4 days. Management was sure to post signs in the elevators telling all residents that the problem was in the process of being remedied. The service staff was right on the spot working day in and day out to fix the problem. The fitness center is always well kept, clean, and in GREAT repair. Noise in all my years has NEVER been an issue. So I am confused as to why anyone would come down so hard on this great place...when so many others have wonderful things to say through the years.

The negative messages sent previously sound like ONE UPSET person trying to ruin this community for their own benefit. I hope everyone reading this feels the same, and will give 100 Forest Place the look see it deserves.
