Great post "Not worth the money"

I live in 100 Forest place. This apt is works exactly as described in the previous post. Its in a very convinent location, but the rent is a rip off. They charge rediculous water/heat charge. Parking is very expensive [$80 per month], instead Oak Park public parking is available for much less.
