Horrible place to live. They've been having a bed bug problem for quite a while. The pest control people have been coming around the building for quite some time, but they haven't been able to get rid of it. They claim its for "routine pest control," but my apartment is infested with bugs (and I keep my apt super clean!). Others around me have been complaining as well. Since the apt is the only high rise in the area, they get to charge sky high rates. Management is nice only before you sign the contract; other than that, they are inflexible and down-right angry at times. They fired the last manager due to tenant complaints about him. The new one doesn't seem much better. Avoid this place if possible. There are tons of other cheaper, nicer, and more workable apartments in the area.
