Place Sucks, finacially and other wise.
The utilities which are not included in the rent and ranges from $85 to $110 per month. The way they determine the utility bill is by adding all the space occupied by tenant, water consumption used by others for laundry, community and etc. and dividing the bill by number of units. This way you get stuck paying for others and the building utilities.
Parking is additional $100 for covered and $80 for uncovered. The parking spots are too small and barely fit the cars. You can easily scratch your car.
Elevators are always breaking down.
Gym, equipment always broken down. Takes for ever to get these fixed.
Security, they have problem, please check with local police as to how many compliants they got in the past one year.

I have all these same complaints. My car has been broken into and the window was shattered. Paying for the whole buildings utilites tends to cost me more than I would have paid myself. The staff is nice, but overall it is not worth what you pay.
