As a current resident at 100 Forest Place I have to say that the best part of living here is the great sense of community! On any given morning several other tennants as well as management will greet you with a "good morning" "good afternoon" or "good evening". Never have I lived in an apartment where the atmosphere is just as pleasant as the service. The Management team are always nice to me, and really seem to enjoy their jobs. Maintinance is speedy and efficent, Never have a problem. Not to mention that the complex itself is right in the middle of Downtown Oak Park, I can walk to shopping, movies, or hair appointment!! When I need to go to the city I just hop on the train that is just a block away! Living in the city is too expensive and too congested. 100 Forest Place is the best of every world!
