I moved into a studio here in July of 08 and have had only good things to say since the day I moved in. The landlord, Joe, is so attentive and cares about this property. Any problem that I had with the apartment was fixed the day of by the caretaker, Martin, who is a great employee. My apartment has been warm everyday of the fall and winter, and the walls are very thick, so you don't here the neighbors. I love living here. Very convenient to the train and downtown Oak Park.

your input just doesn't sound real. Who talks about the landlord what about the actual living there? IF you've had it fixed enough you know the staff well, there must be problems with it. The location and people are ok, but everyone has already been saying there is a problem with the building's quality and its management. BEWARE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AT ALL, NEVER, not even for the cheap cost. THer eare cheaper places by the harlem station green line, by circle and harlem, or behind/above the shops on marion across from the Metra stop. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME TO CHECK IT OUT. 212 Owners stop trying to make money off of people unethically. YOu need to fix the building. Or else why would people live there and leave? WHY DOES EVERY TENANT TALK ABOUT REPAIRS?? Its a common thing, it happens all the time because your building is NOT LIVEABLE!. Your previous tenants will continue to speak the truth about your place!! I GOT SICK FROM LIVING THERE, STAY AWAY!
