I just renewed my lease for year 3. My 1 bedroom apartment is in a unique location in the community with awesome neighbors, a great view and quiet surroundings. The office management and support staff are second to none in my opinion. Always friendly, helpful, responsive, fair and always accessible. That is hard to find in today's rental communities. The apartments are well thought out, great floor plan, and utilities are quite reasonable. I think I get a lot of bang for the buck. Maintenance is great. They do a great job with snow removal and keeping up the grounds, making sure the dumpster areas are picked up (unlike two other prominent complexes in the area where I once lived). All shopping is just to the south and north of the community, what could be better' Still very happy here!
