Great place to live. On site rental agent and manager take care of problems immediately. Plenty of parking, well maintained and good heat. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I have lived at Windemere Estates, and while it's not the worst place to live, it's not the greatest, either. The buildings are very old, and the windows are in bad shape. Cold air leaks in, and everytime it rained, I used to get water all over my apartment. There are alot of noisy neighbors who yell, scream, and talk nosily at all hours of the night. I have found vomit in the hallway because someone came into the building drunk. The cops have to be called due to fighting, loud parties, etc. As for the buildings being safe, that's a joke! 9 times out of 10 the security doors are left open by other tenants. Anybody can walk in off of the street! I'm glad I moved out of there! I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.
