I thought this a reasonably nice apartment community though it was expensive than the rest (not the biggest bang for the buck), and very close to an ultra shady area (cars used to get vandalized). The apartment staff was ok, not the most friendly.

Definitely has bang for your buck! I have lots of experience with assessing area apartment communities and this property has a good apartment layout (except for the very small kitchens in the 1 bedroom apartment). Yes the area directly across the street looks shady but I've never had a problem in the two years I've lived here with people breaking in.
