We had sewage coming up through the bathroom floor. No one ever came to fix it. Some neighbors of mine told me that whenever the guy above them would take a shower, the drain would backflow into their bathroom sink and overflow onto their floor. They went to the office three times to tell the manager about it, and never got a resopnse. Even the maintenance staff told me that the manager was running the complex into the ground, and that they were losing residents. We would get woken up by loud car stereos and honking neighbors on a regular basis, and nothing was ever done about it. This was by far the worst apartment that I have ever lived in.

I wrote this review. I just got an email from a friend of mine that still lives in the building. The building manager angrily confronted him about the review, accusing him of doing it. When he realized that my friend didn't do it, he demanded to know who did. Stay away at all costs.
